1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 working days. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before our daily cut-off time.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

4. Shipping Carriers

While UPS is our primary shipping partner, we may use other reputable carriers as needed.

5. Shipping Rates and Options

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Orders over $200
  • UPS Ground (2–5 business days): $12
  • UPS 2-Day Air: $24
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $44

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and order total.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You can also track your shipment on our Order Tracking page.

7. Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes are included in your order total at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. For full details on how we handle these situations, refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We will compensate or replace products that are confirmed lost or damaged.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
