Thank you for shopping with Phantom Peptides. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Phantom Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the sensitive nature of our research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept physical returns. Refunds or exchanges are only issued under the exception criteria listed below.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
  • You receive an item different from what you ordered.

3. Reporting Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.
  • Please include your order number in your email

4. Exchange and Refund Window

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.
  • No physical returns are accepted. Approved claims will be resolved through exchange or refund only.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

6. Processing Time

Once your claim is received and reviewed:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests for physical returns of undamaged product.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Stalled Shipments

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s care and outside our direct control. We are unable to assume liability for packages marked as delivered, lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or delayed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but nothing arrived, or stalls in transit, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), obtain a claim number, and share it with us along with your order details. Once your claim is underway, reach out and we will do everything we can to help reach a resolution.

We kindly ask that shipping issues be handled through the carrier claim process and direct communication with our team rather than a payment dispute, so we can assist you fully and ensure a fair outcome for everyone.
