Thank you for shopping with Phantom Peptides. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Phantom Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the sensitive nature of our research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept physical returns. Refunds or exchanges are only issued under the exception criteria listed below.

2. Order Modifications

• Once an order has been submitted, no changes can be made, including items, quantities, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or coupon and discount application.
• If a change is needed, the order must be canceled prior to fulfillment (where eligible) and a new order placed.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations are only accepted prior to fulfillment.
• Once fulfillment has begun, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
• Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method (see Section 7).

4. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

• You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
• You receive an item different from what you ordered.

5. Reporting Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• You must report the issue within 6 days of receiving your order.
• You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.
• Please include your order number in your email.

6. Exchange and Refund Window

• Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be initiated within 6 days of delivery.
• No physical returns are accepted. Approved claims will be resolved through exchange or refund only.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

8. Processing Time

Once your claim is received and reviewed:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

9. Quality Assurance & Replacements

We stand behind the purity of our products. Replacements for reconstituted product are subject to quality-control verification:

• Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests are only honored when the researcher used Phantom Peptides Reconstitution Solution water. Use of any other solvent voids this guarantee.
• Research Outcomes: We do not offer compensation or replacement based on subjective research results or experimental outcomes.

10. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Claims made after 6 days of delivery.
• Requests for physical returns of undamaged product.
• Claims where the quality-control verification in Section 9 cannot be confirmed.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Stalled Shipments

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s care and outside our direct control. We are unable to assume liability for packages marked as delivered, lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or delayed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but nothing arrived, or stalls in transit, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), obtain a claim number, and share it with us along with your order details. Once your claim is underway, reach out and we will do everything we can to help reach a resolution.

We kindly ask that shipping issues be handled through the carrier claim process and direct communication with our team rather than a payment dispute, so we can assist you fully and ensure a fair outcome for everyone.
